SurfandDirt.com is proud to use UPS and US Postal Service as our primary shipping partners. UPS and USPS offer fast, reliable and accurate service. For the lower 48 states we offer the following services:

Note that all transit times listed above are business days. Saturday and Sunday do not count towards your total shipping time. Official holidays don't either. For your convenience please reference the chart below for delivery schedules. Orders placed before 2 pm will be shipped out the same business day.

Alaska, Hawaii and most US Territories
We are also pleased to offer service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and most U.S. Territories with the following rates:

All Economy Service packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US territories ship out via US Postal Service and thus are not trackable using our automated tracking system. We will however email you your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Canada
We offer two shipping methods to Canada, United States Postal Service's International Priority Mail and Express Mail services. USPS Priority delivery usually takes between 7 and 14 days and the Express service takes 5 to 7 days. Any customs fees, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer and are due upon receipt of the package. Please note the transit times listed are estimates provided by the US Postal Service. Your package, depending on your location, may take slightly longer to arrive.

Military Addresses
We salute our brave men and women serving our country overseas and are happy to ship via US Postal Priority Mail to your APO address. As these shipments must go through military channels we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please choose the Economy Service shipping method when checking out and we will take care of all the rest.

Do you ship to international customers?
Yes, we use International Checkout for all international orders. Upon completion of your order with us you will directed to International Checkout for your payment. They will calculate your shipping costs, including duties and taxes, and will you will enter payment through them. Please visit InternationalCheckout.com for more information.

How Soon After I Place My Order Will It Be Shipped?
Generally we will ship out your order the same day if you order by 2 pm Eastern Standard Time assuming that all items are in stock and ready to be shipped (we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays).

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we will gladly ship to your PO Box via the USPS Priority Mail service. Shipping times are not guaranteed through the postal service although most packages arrive within 3-5 days.

Can I track my order?
Certainly. Most orders will ship via UPS service and you can easily track your order by clicking on order info located at the bottom of the page. For small orders or those shipping to PO Boxes, Military addresses or Canada we will ship via US Postal service and your tracking number will be emailed to you separately.
