We understand the need for you to actually see and feel the merchandise before you know if it is what you wanted. Therefore, you may return any unused/unworn item for an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund of the cost of the product. To return merchandise repack item(s) in a sturdy box, place a completed Return Form inside and mail to:

Crocs Repairs
Occasionally, a rivet or strap may break on your favorite pair of Crocs shoes. Never fear as we can replace those broken parts for you free of charge. For extra rivets just email us at Sales@SurfandDirt.com and we'll send replacements out at no charge (there is no need to mail back your shoes). For broken straps you will need to contact Crocs by clicking here. Please provide Crocs the size, color and model of the shoe in the comment box and they'll ship you a new strap at no charge.
